PEDROS CHICKEN MAFIKENG WILL **** YOU DAY LIGHT

I placed an order online on the 1st of January at Pedros Mafikeng, when I got to the store they promised to refund me the next day of which they did not and they did not communicate telephonically as per agreement, today the 3rd of January I went to Pedros Mafikeng mall again today to enquire about me refund and I was told to sit down for over 35 minute with no communication just continuation of the business, I stood up to ask if whether I will be refunded or not and I was given a story that doesn't make sense, then later offered the same order I paid for which I refused because all I want is my refund not the ****ty service they give to people. The manager did not even bother to come of the office to hear my story nor even assist.
