PEDROS CHICKEN LONG STREET APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED

Pedros Chicken in Long Street is the worst, the manager Simba along with his colleague Lhalha have zero respect and understanding of customer service. That is the worst customer service ever and what drives the whole issue is that the manager alone has a stinking attitude therefore the employees get away with having stinking attitudes as their management sees no wrong in that.

On Thursday night the employee named Lhalha who was at the till was rude, we were enquiring about our order and asking what the delay was, she blatantly told us to go into the back kitchen and see how busy it was and what they were doing when we called her out for that the manager just brushed that off and told us to just wait on the side for the order. After the altercation the lady Lhalha even had the audacity to show us her tag name and said we can log a complaint she doesn’t mind. She wasn’t sorry about her attitude. For me that was very appalling and disappointing as we are the customers and just needed clarity regarding our order. Pathetic customer service very pathetic
