Pedros Chicken Lakefield Junction

I recently purchased online from the Pedros in Lakefield Junction in Benoni. On the 30th of December at 20:18 I received a message saying my food will be delivered by 20:49 at 21:00 I called they said the driver hasn't picked up my food yet I told them if my food does not arrive in the next half an hour they must cancel my order and refund my money. A few minutes later the manager called to apologize that one of the staff wrote the wrong number so when the driver came out he could get a hold of me which I think is a lie. I told him it's already to late cancel my order and refun me. He said he would get it done asap and the more senior manager would call me. Until today I haven't received my refund.i knew it was a mistake ordering from them as they have such bad attitudes when you go in store and the wait is ridiculous. The food is dry and no pride is taken in preparing and packing your food. i am a regular customer but since my experience and no refund I will never buy from them again
