Pedro's chicken kine center

I bought take away at pedro's chicken at Kine center on the 25 December 2024, which was a 1 viva meal with 4 garlic rolls, 4 Portuguese rolls, 1 viva meal with 4 Portuguese rolls, 1 Qtr chicken with garlic roll and 1 full chicken with 4 rolls but when l arrived at home 4 garlic rolls were not added in my takeaway. On the 27 December I went to the store to report this and the manager was very rude and threw a packed of 4Portuguese rolls at me and walked away without even listening to me or what kind of rolls were not added in my takeaway. I reported this incident on the pedro's chicken online complaint portal and they closed the ticket of my complaint without addressing my complaint.
