I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Pedro’s Chicken. This was a takeaway order, not eat-in, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish.

Firstly, the staff member who served me showed very poor customer service and basic etiquette. There was no sense of professionalism or courtesy.

Secondly, I ordered the Viva meal (a full chicken, chips, and four rolls). A full chicken is meant to be cut into eight pieces, but I only received six — meaning two pieces were missing. On top of that, one of the rolls looked incomplete, as if it had been nibbled on, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable.

I am a loyal Pedros customer and usually enjoy your food wherever I go. However, this is the first time I’ve had such a ********** experience, specifically at the Hammanskraal branch. I was already on the road to Pretoria when I noticed these issues, otherwise, I would have addressed them immediately at the store.

I’m sharing this because I believe Pedros management needs to be aware of the poor service at this branch, and customers need to know that they can raise their concerns. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope action is taken to improve the standards at this outlet.
