I ordered a Viva Meal with Garlic rolls yesterday (23 Aug 2024) for delivery.I didn’t eat anything but that,I barely slept last night because of bad stomach cramps and diarrhoea until now ‼️This is not my first time ordering this and the experience is different.Serve your customers fresh food‼️‼️

Why do I have to make a follow up again,is this another sign that they don’t care about their customers as long as they are running business??WHAT A DISGUSTING AND CARELESS SERVICE!!

Is Pedros Chicken emailing me a reference number 3days ago and GOING QUIET ,the best they could do to a complaint that could have cost a customer”s life?? An unprofessional guy by the name of Sbusiso from this pathetic restaurant called me,just to ask me if I took back the chicken to the outlet (I guess with my time and expense again)and if I went to the Dr‼️This man promised to call me back again about the solution going forward,now the matter is closed??HOW inconsiderate and insensitive can Pedro be to their customers??
