Pedros chicken east rand mall

Pedros chicken at east rand mall always gives the worst service the food takes more than 1 hour to be ready the service is poor i have ordered 3 Times from there and all 3 times was a bad experience the first time the chicken on the burger was still raw i reported it and a new burger was made the second time i ordered over the phone the food was delivered 2 hours later the last time which I felt like was the last i ordered food again received the food late and still had to walk back to pedros because the delivery person left my food at the store when i got there it was a whole situation before getting the food which ended up delaying me for another hour....please fix your service because its very bad.
