Don't even bother complaining about the food quality and staff at Chris Hani crossing in Vosloorus. I used the formal channels to complain, twice and all you get is a call from the branch saying they're sorry and they close the ticket without solution or a call from the branch manager. They simply call for evidence to close the ticket, whether you resolved the case or not, they don't care. Don't bother taking your hard earned money here. The sadness is that they used to prepare good quality food, now it's boiled chicken with a drizzle of sauce.
