PEDROS chicken bluff road Durban- Pathetic service

PEDROS Chicken at The bluff Road in Durban - horrible experience, waiting time was too long, the staff seem like they don't even know what they're doing. They served me, a cold cold garlic roll which I think had just been sitting there long, mind you that's one of my favourites, And I'm not one to complain publicly by no, the service I received today was pathetic. Staff needs training, franchise owner should intervene or else his business will go straight down the drain.
