Pedro's chicken Bayside mall cape town

I had placed an order at Bayside mall Pedro's for delivery on the 6th of April at 2pm , my order was only delivered to me at 4pm that same day with no telephonic communication made to me regarding my late order, finally after me making that many calls to Pedro's, my order for delivery had finally arrived ice cold , not even Luke warm, hence keep in mind I had ordered a full chicken meal aswell as a side order or burgers and chips which was a double up meal as I dont even stay 10 minutes in driving distance away from the mall , I was assured by the manager that they would be in communication with me regarding my meal in the sense of providing me with a voucher to cover up for my meal , as even after the meal had arrived to me and it was promised by the manager tina that my meal would still be hot and it wasnt , she stilk went on to state they would love to pro ide me with a voucher however the vouchers were finsihed , this was not a small order either , for r350 one would atleast expect to have a hot meal ... please guys be wary of this store
