Pedros chicken bad service n very bad quality

I went to Pedro's belgravia last night and i was extremely disappointed at the customer service. Their service is super bad. I ordered my food at 18:37 and only received it at 20:10. I tried speaking to the manager but he didnt want to understand or listen to anything. He even shouted at us.their system is the worst i have ever come accross because people that sits in gets their food before those that takes out even though they come after the person that takes out...i will never spend my time n money there again...n to top it all the food was still raw when i got home n the chips was cold....it was the worst experience i ever had...i sureley prefer NANDOS over them.
