Absolutely poor service time after time.

1. Evey time we order extra sauce and we pay for it yet we come home to chicken with hardly any sauce the one day I checked in store and asked why there no even after paying for extra, the lady at the counter rudely took the packet to the back and added sauce.

We bought many times after that and it's a gamble, I out of 5 orders Is okay.

Today when I went to collect my order, order number 465, telephone order, there was lots of chaos. Today also when I went o collect, 3 people was very unhappy in the store. They ordered over the phone but their orders where not captured. The staff was not comforting or apologetic, the cashier just says the person never capture your order, the uncle said but she confirmed m number yet the cashier show no remorse or neither did she try to console the old man. Rather she questioned him several times

Any today when I got home, my chicken was once again dry and I paid for extra sauce.

The staff are very rude.
