PEDROS CHATSWORTH - DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Today 15 December 2022 I called in to place an order to pick up for my staff. Upon arrival my order number was given and my my order was given to me. I must admit i did not check to see if everything was there however when i returned to give my staff their meals 1 meal was short. I called the store and explained and said i would get a call back in 5 min. i got a call saying there's nothing they can do and should come back tomorrow. I went back to the store to speak to the manager as one of my staff didn't get a meal and explained the situation but was told they cant do anything now they can help me tomorrow. For me to get another order and pay for meant i would have to wait another 30-40 minutes which is ridiculous. I was told once again that i could only be assisted once they have a look at the video footage to find out about the order. I humbly asked them to keep the meal and went through to KFC and got a meal for my staff. This is totally unacceptable from a company like this. I will no longer be purchasing anything from a Pedros outlet. i would personally rather support a competitor than support people like this.
