Pedros bunch of clowns

Ordered from Emmerentia branch in jhb,ordered 3 quarter chicken meals,two breast and one leg,two burgers with cheese,received 2 legs and 1 breast,one x hot chicken and no cheese on the burger and the burger was the good Packaging was weak when I arrived back at work packet tore chips and chicken fell out,called the store ans informed the manager is not there and will be back in 45 mins,they laughed and was rude,called head office got through after falling more than 20 times informed to take items back to the store,requested to speak to operations manager,promised I would receive a call from him,and did not call me,these people are clowns although Nandos is more expensive you don't get issues like this,guess you get what you pay for,poor service
