I want to share this review not because I want people to get in trouble with their jobs but rather to improve their customer services,job opportunities are very scarce in the country and it’s sad that after fighting and looking so hard for a job once you receive it you forget about where you come from and start not valuing your job,as human beings we need to remember to give a hundred percent service delivery when you work at a restaurant because you serve people food,people leave their homes to come at your restaurant with the trust of a good meal and also money they worked hard for a fulfilling trustworthy meal ,yet cashiers and waitresses who don’t understand and value that throw it in your face.i was honestly disheartened by the fact that I took my family out for a meal at Pedros Braamfontein and from the moment I placed an order at the till the cashier was not friendly but that’s okay so I brushed it off ,sat down in the restaurant they first started by bringing the wrong order,returned it back and came back 40minutes later only to serve me with a meal that was cold and dry,the source you could tell was even cracking ,I really didn’t understand to be honest,I addressed it with the waiters then the manager and they dismissed my concern even made a mockery of me,they laughed so hard and didn’t even care ,I will never ever set foot in that place again and I will further more share my experience every where I go and on social media,very appalling service 🙏🏻💔
