PEDRO'S BLUFF PATHETIC!!!!!

The first time i ate at Pedro's Bluff i gave a great review because their food was the best.. Well i take it back!!!!!!! Pedro's bluff has been a problem for a while now recently, their quality is poor!!!! I ordered 2 meals from them amounting to about R300, firstly they said half an hour we waited for more than an hour. Secondly we asked the chicken to be well done as we've had an issue with the chicken still being ****** before. So we get home and start eating and most of the chicken is not cooked properly so my husband takes the chicken including the ones we bit on and takes it back.... My husband says he wants what he pays for... So they "fix" it... Well!!! Comes back home and we realize that they never replaced the meal or the chicken they took the same chicken including the pieces that were bitten on and basically just put it back on the flames, added lots of sauce and that's it!!!!! This is unacceptable. Really unacceptable!!!!! Everything is so expensive already and we treat ourselves to something nice when we can and we end up having to deal with this. Pathetic. They just lost a customer!!!!!!!!
