Pedros Bluedowns Pay Back My Money

Recently opened a store in my neighborhood I though let me try it. I placed a order 22 December 2024 paid for it and the delivery fee 3 Hours later I visited the store the manager said I must contact the online service as it is there order and not the stores order. I then contacted the support email. I received a call from the Bluedowns store manager and I explained that I need a full refund I send through the payment confirmation and my proof of banking details was promised that the refund will be done the next day (or processed the next day) been contacting them over and over and till today 28 January 2025 no refund no feedback no nothing this is unacceptable and cannot be allowed to continue or have this happen to any other south african . #paybackthemoney
