On the 30th September I made an order on the Pedros app the order didn’t arrive when I called they said the store was already closed. Then I got an sms later from an uber driver that my order is delivered yet I didn’t get the order, Pedros is so unprofessional, I am still waiting for my refund other brands are quick to resolve clients queries but as for Pedros you have shown me your worst side. Pedros bloed street ****med me, how can your app accept an order while store is closed. When is not delivered you have to fight for your refund. I will be taking this matter further you **** people and believe they will let the matter slide so that you can get away with the money that is pure *****. This is not over I won’t just let it go R340 is a lot of money in this economy.
