I had the most awful experience with your Belgravia store this past Saturday evening!

I had placed an order for myself and two kids at about past 6pm. Given that it was pay weekend, I was under no illusion that there would be a delay with regard to delivery.

I kept checking the status of my order and it kept saying that 'my order was being prepared'. When it was nearing the 1 hour mark, I checked my order status once more only to discover that there had been no movement. I decided to call the branch directly and was given the most absurd feedback I've ever heard, from the store manager/supervisor no less! I was told that the fact that there was no driver available, was not his problem as 'they only prepare the food and that is where their job ends. Excuse me what??!!!!!

I explained that I paid for a meal to feed my kids and I was not getting the service I paid for to which I was told, I should contact the head office and ask for my money back! I work in the customer service industry and I know for a FACT, that that is NOT standard practice for any reputable brand. I buy from your franchise often because you offer good food but this experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth! No apology, not once! No remorse or any solutions were offered.
