Pedros Belgravia

At 6:30pm today I called Pedros Belgravia to place an order and was told it will be done in 20mins. I get to Pedros in Belgravia Road after standing in a long queue only to be told they don’t have my order and they can’t do anything I must place a new order! I request to speak to the manager and his lack of customer service was appalling!! He didn’t give a damn! Not only did I waste my airtime I wasted my time going there to pick up my order! Disgusting customer service from both staff and store manager!
