PEDROS ARE ****MING CUSTOMERS

Bought a meal on the 05/11/2025 @ Mall of Tembisa Pedros and paid via pos payment and I was double charged… I immediately informed the waiter(Nozipho) and manager(Florence Moagi), the manager **** and said it will be reversed within 24hrs.(The manager **** about it knowing that she won’t there the next day to deal with this issue.) I drove to the outlet again the next day only to find out the manager was a transferred to another pedros outlet. I meet another line manager named Bohlale and she tried to trick me into getting another meal instead of getting my refund. She then ask for my bank statement which is also another charge. I provided her with my bank statement and asked her what happens now then she rep**** “I don’t know, I will send the bank statement to the head office and hear from them what they have to say” No communication, no resolution… Just vibes. Overall worst experience of my life. ****ming customers through double charge payments.
