Pedros app, charge for delivery, but service not fulfilled

Good day, Pedro's app is disappointing, as they so not cater for delivery, but charge u deliver. My order number is ***. Pedro's is quick to take my money, but takes 2 days to refund for a service they falsely advertise for. Pedro's is disappointing and their customer service really needs Improvement. Correct your app. If delivery is not avaliable in an area, do not offer the service. I want to know what can Pedro's offer for this disservice, as the error is on their side. If we had not called, Pedro's would not if even bother to inform us that deliver is not avaliable. The lest Pedro's should do of offer to pay for the full meal, or a full refund
