Pedros always has horrible service and the food does not even make up for ot

I ordered from Pedros Emmarentia, order #*** at 15:39, I received my order an hour and a half later, I called in and spoke to a very rude lady, who spoke like they were talking to their buddy's, then she transferred me to a manager who also carried on from where the other lady and was even more Rude. When I asked why was it taking this long she says "but we do say that it takes 30-45 min" I asked where does it say that because I never received any notification or email advising of this, she says "ay I dont know what else to tell you" I am so mad, on top of that they bring me a wrap that tastes like it was made 2 days ago, the Jalapeno bbox had 13 fried chips and the other one 10, yep I counted because I was shocked at how small the chips were, Food was horrible, service was even worse, the drive, Ahg, I dont even want to mention that one.
