Pedro pelican park

On the 27 May 2024,me and my colleagues ordered Pedro burger and chips for lunch.from Pedro's pelican park.On top of it the chips was cold ,the bottom roll was so hard I couldn't bite through it.I had to eat it bit by bit.The top roll was breaking, which tell me that the roll was old and over grilled.All five of us did not eat the bottom roll.This is not the first time however,that I experience something wrong with my meals.On the 29th we ordered leg and thigh with chips ,ana yet again there was a problem because the chicken was old and it looked like it was grilled over ,I just never new how to put in a complain.
