Payment double charge not paid back

I'm disappointed at the management at Bonaero Park Pedros Chicken. On 2023/12/23 at 13:40 I was double charged , I immediately queried the mater first with the cashier Thembi she then made her supervisor Palesa aware of this ,I was promised a refund their boss Faisal was not there. I gave them my contacts and the receipt but I took a picture of it ,I made them aware that I don't stay around there I was just passing through . Beginning of January I called the store they promised to get back to me but nothing. On 2024/01/24 I went to the store I spoke to palesa who showed me that they can see the payment she called Faisal he promised to pay me back but still nothing. While at the store I queried that I now had to drive from Olifantsfontein to make a query that was not resolved same time I requested a meal while speaking to Faisal on the phone with my air time he told me about next time .
