Pathetic, unprofessional service

I had the worst experience at Pedros Phoenix Plaza. The most pathetic service I have ever experienced in any restaurant from the manager to the cashier. Instead of the manager resolving issues and apologizing for *********** and ****** staff, he says take a refund and go eat somewhere else after waiting almost an hour..... Such a don't care a damn attitude. Previously I also had problems with orders mixed up. I will never support this branch again..... Very unprofessional staff.
