Pathetic Standards/service from Pedros Shelly Beach

Absolute pathetic service, long time customer of Pedros Shelly Beach, we order meals today at 12:15 for collection. After 45minutes of waiting I went to collect the meals, was not greeted by any staff member, was not asked for any assistance. I asked if our order was ready and was told to wait, the staff member then proceeded to pull old receipts from a ******* bin looking for my order, after not finding it the staff processed a new invoice and told me to wait for my order. I waited over 10 minutes for my order that was placed over 45 minutes ago and had to leave the store empty handed. No apologies where made or any effort to give me a good experience.

I am greatly put off by the standard of service from this business and would not recement to any person. I cant event rate the service correctly as I can not do a ZERO start review! What a shame this business is bringing to the South Coast
