I am appalled by the pathetic service received at your branch in Athlone. I placed an order via your app. When I arrived there with Lindi spoke to me with an abrupt tone and she refused make my order even though I showed her on my phone that I ordered that specific items before. She called someone with no nametag on who seemed more senior and also said that they can’t make my order. When I told her that I ordered that before she abruptly told me that it can’t be even though I wanted to prove to that I did order that a few times previously. I wasn’t refunded as well.

I would like to speak to an area manger please because I feel like this won’t be taken seriously from a branch level and I complained about Lindi before via email.
