Pathetic service Pedro's Pinecrest

Pedro's Pinecrest service is pathetic.. They are always getting our orders incorrect and the staffs attitude is so bad that we even regret complaining about the incorrect order in the first place I placed and order for 8 meals today and out of the 8 meals 7 meals were incorrect. I called in asked to speak to the manager Karishma and her attitude was very bad She said that it is not the staffs duty to make sure the order is correct but ITS OUR DUTY TO CHECK(THE PAYING CUSTOMER ). Last week my colleague even found a ****roach in her food If the orders are constantly incorrect it stays alot about the staff and store management as we do not have issues with any other pedros branch. We order for over R500 Atleast once or twice a week
