PATHETIC SERVICE PEDROS CHICKEN PHOENIX PLAZA
Pedro's Chicken Phoenix Plaza is terrible when it comes to Customer Service. We have been twice let down by ordering food on their app and then waiting and waiting. The app is useless. When you call the staff, they answer the call and leave you hanging. Both times the orders were not processed. This is totally unacceptable as the latest order we are were waiting for over two hours and there is now no supper for my family!
