Pathetic service Pedro's chicken

On friday the 13th I ordered Pedro's chicken on the pedros app it was 20:20 that evening. I tracked the order on app and went outside to wait. It johans is almost your address. Waited but no delivery arrived. I waited another 15 mins and still nothing. I called the store and was uber eats driver picked the order and I should call uber eats. Anyway I tried Durban number the store gave me, which was offices hours only and was closed. I called the store again and was told there is nothing they can do as uber eats delivers for Pedro's and they don't keep record of the drivers details. I never received my order, R180 clearly uber eats driver had free meal on me, I called uber eats the next day they had no record of my order n I told to call pedros as I ordered on the Pedro's app, which I did that morning. Pathetic service from pedros, they told they take my complaint to head office because it's happened to others. That was it after that. I put complaint the website got ticket number n return email saying ticket closed. No one has contacted me or refunded my money. I wonder how many other people this has happened too.
