Pathetic Service from pedros woodview not once but 4 times!!!!

I had a previous complaint where I ordered a double up meal with chips and the meal arrived with no chips ..following up my complain I was contacted by head office who then passed my complaint to the store manager Kevin who told me on my next order I would receive a chips with my order (not free cause I already paid for this prior and never received it) I called 2 times after and couldn't get ahold of him I called today and told him I'm going to place an order he told me to mention it in the comments he also told me he would call the store and let them know ...to my utmost dissapointed the order gets delivered with no chips the cashier who took the call sounded confused who put me on hold whilst she explained to the "new manager" who then came on the phone pretending he does not know what she just told him he then told me Kevin didn't give any communication to the store of the incident his not aware cause head office didn't authorize my "not free" chips I should then go and give him my details and he will follow up I came home from work waiting to eat my meal only to have it wrong again for the God knows how many times also might I add the driver took the slip back which he saw that it said large chips with the order yet it still wasn't sent I am not extremely frustrated and terribly angry at the service from this store especially after laying a complaint it seems pedros does not value their customers and think it's nothing to charge for items and not send it I laid a complaint on their website they didn't even have the decency to address it they closed the complaint without even addressing it
