Pathetic service from cashier Nobuhle whoc thinks a place of business her playgroung or uncles place

Pedro's Chicken in Broadway Durban North has the rudest staff member ever who seems to think that she is doing customers a favour by selling them food. I went to this establishment and was serves by a rude young lady named Nobuhle who 1stly doesn't even know that you greet customers at 7:21 and was told food would be ready in 20 mins. I went to check after +/- 25 mins and was told its not ready 45 minutes later when I asked her and got an attitude 40 minutes later only to realize that the order had not even been started bearing in mind I left hungry kids at home. To say I would never ever set foot at this store is an understatement. It shows that there is a problem with the culture, training and ethos of this brand because clearly people are not at the heart of what they do at all. I can safely say they will never see my 2 cents as long as she's still there. Upon asking for a refund only Siya bothered to explain the error but was served with arrogance by that useless Nobuhle.
