PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

The service is absolutely disgusting. I can count the amount of times I needed to go back to the store to fix my orders. There is always the incorrect meal or missed meals. Then I would need to go back to the store to have it fixed. The managers have no EMPATHY AND THER SERVICE IS PATHETIC. THIS EVENING I CALLED TO COMPLAIN WHEN WE HAD MISSING ITEMS AND INCORRECT MEALS. . I ASKED THE MANAGER FOR HIS NAME AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE IT. HE WAS HEARD LAUGHING IN THE BACK GROUND!!! I WILL BE GOING TO SOCIAL MEDIA FOR THIS BECAUSE THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE OF THE N1 CITY BRANCH! I WAS TOLD THE NAMES IS EITHER NAMLA OR DOMESO. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER TREATED MY CLIENTS LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!! THE STAFF ARE ILL TRAINED AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. BUT WHAT DO YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU HAVE SUCH MANAGERS. THE REGIONAL MANAGER SHOULD BE EMBARASSED!!
