Pathetic service

The staff is slow and unfriendly. You speak to them and u get ignored. I ordered a simple burger meal and people that ordered after me got their food first. I stood there watching how 1 of the staff members throwing the ingredients onto the bum and when she was done making the meal she threw onto the counter. I requested 3 times to speak to the manager and the person that was supposed to have called the manager disappeared and the manager never came. I have never received such service from any other Pedro's other than the Maynard Mall branch in Wynberg. To top it all the freaking food was cold.
