Pathetic service

Pedro Soshanguve mall’s service is terrible. They said chicken is not ready and I will wait for atleast 30min to 40min which I agreed to. But more than an hour my order is not ready and when I ask then they say I will wait for garlic rolls since they also not ready. From 7:09 I bought my meal it’s now 20:20 been waiting. They even gave another customer who purchased aft me her order with Garlic rolls when I ask they only mentioning that coslaw is not ready.. Lesiba he’s the manager, seeing that there’s cayos in the front you will think he will walk in to apologies but didn’t even bother to communicate with customers not even try to push his staff.. clearly he’s a manager not a leader. I drove more than 15km coming to Petro thinking not only their food is good but service too which is what makes one to come knocking on your doors. I am relating back to the excellent service I have experienced iat your Polokwane branch.
