pathetic SERVICE

The service at Pedros Pinecrest centre, pinetown is pathetic. Ordered on their landline at 10h49 was told the order would be ready in 10 min, went to fetch my order, the staff is rude, not helpful and have no sense of urgency, everyone at the till saying they don't have my order, another lady is carrying the order but not communicating what the problem is. Please train your staff on customer services. I ended up leaving without the order!!! disgusted
