Pathetic service at Pedro's Trade route mall, I placed my order at 13:00 while I was on lunch

Pathetic service at Pedro's Trade route mall, I placed my order at 13:00 while I was on lunch. I waited for my order for 45 minutes,while the people who came after me got their orders and some even finished eating. I then went to a lady and asked for a refund, only then I got my order. They prioritize sit in and not take away customers. I'm very disappointed with their service.
