Pathetic service at Pedros Newcastle corner

Pedro's Newcastle Corner has the most pathetic service the staff are rude And cannot get an order rite ever I've ordered over the phone even on the app multiple times And absolutely no1 cares here it business as usual take it or leave it. I was ignored by the manager when he actually came around he refused to give me his name no respect for customers Does it mean if food is well priced we must settle for any kind of service Hopefully some will hear this as in the actual restaurant no1 cares
