Pathetic service at Pedro's in Belgravia

I phone ordered and ordered a Pedro'sHappy Meal and I was told 35min waiting time and when I got there I was told my order wasn't placed. I was told that their system never saved my order which is pathetic because clearly they deal with alot of orders every day and should have orders under control. I waited an additional 15min for my order and then was told they giving me someone else's order which wasn't to my expectations.The chicken was only breast pieces and I wanted a whole chicken and the chips were extremely salty. I expected better from such a popular take aways.
