Pathetic service accompanied by robbing and *****ing from innocent customers

Pedros Chicken Hillbrow is running a ****. This branch is robbing people day light. I made an online order for a Total of R380.00 including R40.00 delivery (paid online). After 2hours without getting delivery, I phoned to enquire and spoke to Nkonzo who with no remorse said there are no drivers available to make deliveries and that if I want the order I should come get it. I just requested they cancel the order and credit my account. A minute later, I got a call from the manager 'Beauty' who wanted to confirm the transaction amount and further confirmed I'll get my money by 5pm (9th Nov 2023). Till this very day I haven't heard from them. I've been calling ever since to query, at first she said all reversal/credits were successfully done and when I advised I still received nothing she then checked and said mine was not done yet and promised the money will be in by COB. I even spoke to the other manager Zakhele however nothing is happening. I then escalated the matter to Pedros Head Office, worse, they doing nothing as well from their side.

No wonder even the branch is chilled and confident on ****ming customers, seems they are supported by the franchise.
