Pathetic service

I ordered two chicken salads yesterday from Pedro’s Centurion Lifestyle for my clients who have allergies. Both chicken salads had tomatoes and could not be eaten.

I went to Pedro’s website and a ticket was opened. The ticket was then closed out without anyone speaking to me or any email correspondence. I would like to understand is this how customers are treated by Pedro’s? Is customer service Zero?
