Pathetic service

Poor service from Pedros. I ordered through the Pedros website. My order was picked up by Uber and it never got to me. The driver called me and told me he had arrived but didn't. He refused to answer any calls made to him after. When you call the store they don't keep records of the drivers they give your food to, so the shop can not track. Bottom line. I am hungry. Food never got delivered and they expect me to come to the store and pick up. If your food is not delivered all they can say is that they will refund. It's not about the refund, it's about the service. My order even says it was canceled as it could not be delivered. This is the second time that it is happening with Pedros. If you expect me to come and pick up my food , don't offer a service delivery .
