Pathetic Service.

We ordered lunch shortly after 11 am today. The food arrived. When we unpacked it part of the order was missing. 1/4 Chicken mild and wedges. I called the store and spoke to Nonkululeko Ngubane who placed me on hold I then proceeded to call back and got through to her again the same process app****. I then called back and asked to speak to the manager. Sipho Manyanela tried to assist. It is now 1:36 and the missing items have still not arrived. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The service is pathetic but they are very quick to add their service fee to the bill.
