Pathetic Service

I believe Pedro's Chicken only has one leg and three breasts. Why? Well, when I ordered a Viva Meal for takeaway at Pedro's Pine Street, Durban, I was expecting two leg quarters and two breasts. However, to my surprise, the full chicken was cut into four pieces – one leg quarter and three breasts. How does that happen? It feels like we're being taken advantage of!

I reached out to the store, and Manager Smah provided a lame excuse, blaming it on busyness. Unfortunately, when I contacted the customer team, the ticket was closed with no feedback. I'm extremely disappointed in the service provided.
