Pathetic service

I placed an order of 400 on Friday the 27th, money deducted immediately. Ordered at 10 in the morning. No food received by 4pm they called to tell me the driver returned the food to the store. I requested a refund. The cashiers were laughing at me on the line even today I'm still waiting for my money and nothing still. Manager been calling me telling me it was done. I even called the bank to even ask if there's any pending credit but nothing.
