Pathetic management and service sucks

I waited 20mins in the queue to be served,because their was one cashier. Manager on duty Zandile was packing the chips with no gloves and when box was over fill she used her hands to take some out without sanitising first. Order took another 25min to get grilled and served. Pathetic service for a month end weekend, poor scheduling and management sucks.. Mrs Zondi
