Pathetic customer care

Pathetic customer service from pedros chicken long street. I ordered off Uber eats and I have been waiting for 2 hours. When I called pedros I was told by there manager that my order does not exist and that it is not his prob they have no way of talking to customers over then phone. They have taken my money and have not refunded it. This is disgusting service. The manager was rude l. I urge customers not to order from them as you will receive terrible service and horrible customer care
