Outstanding meal

We ordered from pedros Claremont with my colleagues, we placed 7 orders, around past 10 then if arrived around 11, there was only 6 orders, my colleague called them and explained, the lady on the call said the order should arrive by 12 then had the nerve to ask who will pay for the delivery fee when it was their mistake, still my colleague was nice, she's been waiting for her order since, they are not picking up any calls nor responding to emails. Got very bad customer service and we will be taking this matter further.
