oThongathi mall Pedro's bad customer experience

Hi, Placed an order at oThongathi mall telephonicaly at 12:30, did a follow up with the order at 13:30, the lady at the store said, she tried to get contact the driver, but couldn't get through to the driver, after a while I get a call saying the driver is one his way to deliver it, when the driver comes at 13:40, paid for the order, driver went back to return to the store, the seal was opened along with the Pedro's box, called the driver back, driver said because the box is weak and he went over the speed humps that's why the seal opened up, So I left it, went to eat the Chicken Pealla, rice was so grainy, chicken was so boney, I am so disgusted with the service I received from oThongathi mall Pedro's, I would never recommend this to anyone
